Vikash Magdani
Vikash Magdani is a multi exit Entrepreneur with extensive international M&A, corporate and commercial development experience in Private Equity, Energy/O&G and Financial Services B2B multi platform media and Business Information Services.
Vikash is also Founder & Partner Emeritus, Nova Venture Partners; Venture Partner, Redwood Collective L.P fund of Fund and Founder of Capthorne Ventures.
Previously, Vikash was Executive Director & SVP, Corporate Development, ACG; Director of the ‘Buyouts’ brand which sold to to a Private Equity sponsor; Chief Investment Officer of The Oil & Gas Council, which sold to a sponsor backed strategic and prior to that a global Director with Incisive Media Investments LTD an Apax Partners company.
Vikash has a MSc International Business & post graduate Diploma in Digital Media Management from Birkbeck, University College London, A certificate in Entrepreneurial Essentials from Harvard Business School and a double major BSc. with honors in Industrial Systems & Business Management from the university of Westminster, London
Socka Palaniappan
Socka has completed his MBA from Melbourne and has experience in Debt and Equity Capital Markets. He started his career with Moody's Investor Services and then moved on to equity advisory role at Deloitte in Sydney. He then went on to join the global infrastructure and project finance team at Wespac Institutional Bank.
In 2010, he left a full time role at the Bank to pursue entrepreneurial interests in the fast growing Indian Economy. He has since been involved in businesses in the Aeronautical; Health; Finance; Commodities and Services industries.
Socka has developed real world experience and skills in Due Diligence, Strategy, Business Operations and Finance. Further he has developed a strong origination network across the SME sector in India which will allow access to optimum deal flow, market intelligence and regulatory and legal guidance.
